The farm business is situated 2 kilometres from Urbino's historic centre, and is set in the midst of the lush green Montefeltro hills. The main aim of our agricultural resort is to offer you the possibility of spending a restful and relaxing holiday in a healthy, peaceful and comfortable environment, completely surrounded by nature. In our resort you can relive those quaint days gone by in the life of rural dwellers, as you are able to come into contact with the courtyard animals, horses, donkeys, and those interested can help to milk our cow (Bruna) by hand.
Guests can take walks through meadows and woods, inhabited by many species of animals: from foxes to badgers, squirrels to pine martins, and even fallow deer, roe deer, wild boars, porcupines: you can also spot numerous birds, such as the blackbird, partridge, burrowing owl, long-eared owl, buzzard, pheasant and peregrine falcon.
Urbino, the ideal city
Urbino, the political and cultural centre of the district which belonged to the Montefeltro family, is immediately recognisable due to the Ducal Palace's distinctive facade, one of the most renowned masterpieces of renaissance art. The town lived through a breathtaking artistic boom during the sixteenth century, attracting artists and scholars from all over Italy and beyond, and influencing European cultural developments.
