The farmhouse is located in a strategic position, just 2 km from the historic centre and it is surrounded by nature.
We are 450 meters above sea level. Urbino is a Unesco World Heritage Site and is the city of the Renaissance, a monumental and artistic excellence immersed in the hills.
The structure is part of the farm that is next to the house and the owner family.
The farmhouse is composed of 3 comfortable and spacious flats for a total of 9 beds plus possible additional bed or sofa bed or cot for babies, absolutely complete with all the equipment and comfort necessary to enjoy a relaxing holiday or a short business trip.
In our activity you can relive moments strongly characteristic of rural life, being able to come into contact with farmyard animals, peacocks, geese, ducks, chickens, rabbits, goats, etc. ...
Guests can also take walks through meadows and woods (e.g. Cesane where the annual kite festival is held in September) or take the cycle path connected to the historic centre.
As a farm we offer you our products at km 0 (possibility to walk in our synergistic garden and observe all our fruit plants) and an exciting excursion in our truffle ground with our trained dogs (this initiative is available by appointment and in certain periods of the year), leisure activities organized for your children (these initiatives are available by appointment: workshops, natural prints laboratories, walking and contact with animals, projects 5 senses in the country ...)
You will be immersed in an authentic situation where you can make your holiday unique, exciting, comfortable and sophisticated.
We have an equipped area for children to play.
Each flat has a private area outside, equipped with tables and chairs for dining or relaxing outdoors on spring and summer days.
